More than 100 types of sake are stored at the appropriate temperature in the walk-in refrigerator exclusively for Japanese sake.We stock products from all over Japan, including rare brands that are hard to come across.We also have a wide variety of wine and whiskey available.

Depending on the season, enjoy the freshest kinki mushrooms from all over the country, grilled with salt, boiled, or cooked to your liking.When grilling with salt, you can fine-tune the distance between the heat and grill until the skin is crispy and the inside is soft.The simmering process uses a broth specially formulated for kinki, which brings out the natural flavor of kinki, just the right amount of sweetness, and an exceptional salty taste.
